Team Blacksheep Oblivion Micro Camera Mount

Took just a couple of days and a few hours in Fusion360 and the next piece to my custom TBS Oblivion build configuration is completed. This is the Micro Camera mount that utilizes the nut, screw, and mounting location of the stock camera bracket. One mount for a nice range of angle on the camera and gets it to just the right spot for visibility and protection under the canopy. Not a lot to say other than it works for me and is designed to print without supports on most printers. Use TPU and a .2mm layer height for a nice finish. You can get the files from Thingiverse.com if you'd like to print your own.

Team Blacksheep Oblivion Frame Adapter Plate

This being my first month on the subscription I can say that they killed it with this one. I mean that in such a good way as this was on one of my To Buy lists in the future. Not just because I am a big fan of TBS, but because this frame is designed to take a beating from a beginner. Not having a lot of spare 30x30 stacks handy at this time, I set about finding a way to mount one of my 20x20 flight stacks in there. FlightOne(formerly RaceFlight) Mode-2 Gizmo Build

So I ended up with a RaceFlight, now FlightOne, Millivolt v1 and Spark 4 in 1 ESC from a sale recently. They were 50% off and since everything I've built up to this point has been a BetaFlight config I felt I needed to see what the "hype" was all about. I had this 3" frame from Mode-2 that I bought mostly because of the name. GIZMO. One of my favorite movies from back in the day and my nickname from my time on a competition paintball team. The Mode-2 GIZMO is a 3" stretch X design with a few features that I really liked. The SMA mount on the rear which makes adding the Lumenier AXII antenna nice and simple. Carbon fiber camera mounts in the front with perfect spacing for most micro cameras. The guys at Mode-2 sent me the 3d print files for pretty much anything I'd want to tack onto this frame with just a quick message to them on Facebook. Team Blacksheep / AlienWhoop F4 build.

Last year I was one of the forntunate people to be able to acquire a handmade AlienWhoop F4 from one of my favorite people in the FPV community, Charlie Stevenson. His AlienWhoop boards have become my personal favorite to use when building my TinyWhoops. I initially built this Whoop with FrSky R-XSR receiver and an AIO camera from WolfWhoop, and had a blast ripping through the house and loved being able to tune up this board through the telemetry options. However, with being the Geek I am, I really wanted to fully utilize the OpenTx lua scripts and control the camera as well but I didn't personally like utilizing the only option available. That included using the Beeper POS+ line and Softserial remap of the resource to handle the SmartAudio. (which can be flaky at times) So you have options if you want to stick with FrSky Rx's but it's not a method I liked using personally.  I'll cover that in another post if needed but there is a fantastic s
